Guys - company went into liquidation ..As per Jodylee's comment below call 01904479801 - Begbies Traynor is the liquidation company dealing with the case, they're very helpful and they have a list of everyone who is owed money. Check your emails it should be there but if not just give them a call and they will let you know what to do next.

This company is awful!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT like I did.(If I could I would give them 0 stars but that isn't an option here unfortunately). They didn't explain the terms and conditions properly to me which meant that I lost some money. They had very poor customer service and took ages to reply to my call. I've sent them a few emails which they never replied to. After I gave them the money, they forgot to pass my details to a driving instructor so I had to call them up and remind them. (They didn't even apologise for their mistakes). My driving instructor that I was assigned was awful. On my first driving lesson, I drove for 10 minutes max - complete waste of money and time. I had told her multiple times that I've already had 10 hrs of driving so I actually did know how to drive but she insisted on teaching me everything from the start. It was obvious she was teaching me everything at a slow pace so I had to renew my contract and give her the money. When I asked her if I could drive for a longer next time, she was very mean and patronising.
I had a very terrible experience and my friends who have also used this company had a bad experience too. Please do not use them.

Initial thoughts;
Booking was for 10 hours, in Headingley. Was rang after 2 weeks saying can we push it back driver not available in that area. Why take payment if cannot fulfil product quota? Fortunately I was moving from Headingley to Shipley, where they had availablity.
The First Lesson;
The driver picked me up for a 1 hour session (Using 1 of the 10 hours) to take my details and "Book me in" including asking questions about past driving, asking me to show him I have no points, and just introducing (No driving at all at this point) and then he ended it 15 minutes early, as he had to pick up a child from school.
Driver then reminded me this is not 10 hours as quoted, but 6 hours with him, and the 4 hours are reserved for the day of the test. Hmm. Cheeky.
Ended up spending more time than necessary out of reluctance to change car or change driving school as I just wanted to pass that summer.
Driver would occasionally try to charge me extra, or add on charges for insurance or random things, I would dispute this and he would "waive this fee" randomly.
OVerall, would not recommend.

Drive dynamics has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I did not like the instructor one bit and felt like he wasn't helping me to progress at all. I called several times to get the instructor changed but they never did even though they kept promising me they would. I paid for 20 lessons up front but only completed 8 hours as 8 got to frustrated with their customer service and decided to take a loss with the money and booked with The AA. Since i have been driving with The AA I have progressed a lot quicker and now ready for my test. THIS COMPANY IS CHEAP BUT CHEAP FOR A REASON, THEIR SERVICE IS POOR. PAY THE EXTRA AND GET GOOD SERVICE WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY.
PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY. I WISHED I HAD DONE THIS BEFORE I BOOKED.

Do not book lessons with this company! They are a complete fraud. I booked lessons in September and they did not provide an instructor until late December. When I finally had a lesson arranged the instructor cancelled as Drive Dynamics had not paid him.
Tried to get refund but received no response! If you have paid this company and not received lessons contact your bank immediately and inform them you have paid for a service you have not received, they should be able to arrange a refund after investigating.
Drive Dynamics is a huge con, get lessons with someone local to you who you can talk to in person. You have been warned!

***SCAM*** Do not book with this company!! Paid £135 on 30 September, two months later I haven't heard from ANYONE whatsoever. Even after being in touch and on hold for eons... They take your payment and shut you out.. These people need to be taken to court, so many customers scammed out of $$ and sounds like they don't pay drivers either! They just take the payments and disappear. Someone needs to shut them DOWN immediately. (but not before I get my %$#& refund!)

SCAM. AVOID. THEY ARE NOT A DRIVING SCHOOL!
Called to book a refresher lesson for my girlfriend, I admit it was silly of me to pay in advance. After 2 weeks no instructor has called and of course their customer service line in charge of the refunds they don't pick up the phone or respond to emails!
If you Google them you'll find that they have been featured in theguardian and BBC, nasty stuff, read before you call them.
I can't believe how are they still allowed to operate. will report them to Trading Standards.

I found a driving school online called Drive Dynamics who claimed that they could help me with an intensive training course for £391.95. I had seen some of their instructors around Enfield and felt confident paying as I was thinking about getting my license to help with my commutes to and from work which currently take up to 2 hours by bus and train. I was informed, after payment, that an instructor called “Lewis” would contact me in the coming days to arrange a schedule. This was on 17th April.
I called them the following week to ask what had happened to “Lewis” but was told to email customer services. I’ve emailed constantly and sent text messages to their mobile contact number but have never received a response from them.
Since then, I’ve checked message boards online and been disgusted by what I’ve read. There are untold stories of people in similar situations with this company. I initially only wanted an update on when I could get started with my lessons but now I just want the refund I should be entitled to as I've paid for a service I've never received.
My bank are now on the case and I would advise everyone to file fraud claims with their banks also.

Worse than 0 stars. This company is a SCAM.
By boyfriend booked lessons on the 15 March and was promised, like many others, that someone would contact him within 7 working days. Well 2 weeks later still no contact. 4 weeks later, still nothing. THEIR terms and conditions state if they don't provide and Instructor THEY would automatically refund your money.
Not it is July and well guess what, no refund in sight. My boyfriend has been asking for a refund since April and now is nearly August and he didn't get anything off them yet.
It's unbelievable that they are still allowed to operate and Trading Standards or the Fraud authority are not doing anything.
Due to this situation we will have to get in touch with a solicitor to take this to court and get the money back in a legal way.
I suggest to everyone to stay away from this company and find a real instructors who provide real lessons!!!!!

have been terribly disappointed with the service I have received with your customer service team as well as the driving instructor.
I contacted drive dynamics in February to book for a driving instructor I was given a number that never went through for 4weeks, within that 4 weeks I would contact your customer service nearly everyday and they would promise to ring me back which they never did.
For 3 months I was pretty much begging for them to contact my driver instructor or give me a new one which they refused!!
I asked for my money back in April, we are now in June and I haven't received my money back and they are not replying to any of my emails!!
Until I get my money back I will be posting on here to show how slow and unprofessional these people are!!!

They didn't explain the terms and conditions properly to me which meant that I lost some money. They had very poor customer service and took ages to reply to my call. I've sent them a few emails which they never replied to. After I gave them the money, they forgot to pass my details to a driving instructor so I had to call them up and remind them. Do not book lessons with this company! They are a complete fraud. I booked lessons in September and they did not provide an instructor until late December. When I finally had a lesson arranged the instructor cancelled as Drive Dynamics had not paid him.

I found a driving school online called Drive Dynamics who claimed that they could help me with an intensive training course for £391.95. Worse than 0 stars. This company is a SCAM.
By boyfriend booked lessons on the 15 March and was promised, like many others, that someone would contact him within 7 working days. have been terribly disappointed with the service I have received with your customer service team as well as the driving instructor.
I contacted drive dynamics in February to book for a driving instructor I was given a number that never went through for 4weeks, within that 4 weeks I would contact your customer service nearly everyday and they would promise to ring me back which they never did.
