Extremely disappointed with this service. I had a driving instructor called Joanne who was appalling and unprofessional. She would talk about her personal life and ask about mine, she would also talk to her doctor on the phone and put her earphones in to listen to music. When i messaged her to ask for a refund for my remaining lessons, she was rude and mentioned she didn't have the money therefore couldn't pay me back straight away. Over a week had passed before i got a refund but she didn't give me a full refund and instead made excuses that i wasn't entitled to a full refund. she then blocked my number so i couldn't get in touch with her. I contacted the company to make a complaint and they said they would get back to me but never did. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Read Less
