Focus and Pass are unreliable as there has been on several occasions i have ended up not having a driving lesson for the past several weeks and they have made up some kind of excuses such as that I didn't arrange a date/time with them 4 a lesson when I had contacted them about it, I HAD ARRANGED A TIME FOR A LESSONS. I am now going else where for driving lessons and hopefully whoever I go with will not be unreliable like these. Read Less

I cannot recommend Fiona enough, I have only had a few lessons and she has installed me with a lot of confidence in my driving ability. She is friendly, well mannered and most importantly very patient. She has never once shouted, got upset or angry at me when other driving instructors would. Even on my second lesson when I blew a tire, she was calm and comforting and kindly said "It happens". I would recommend Fiona to everyone, especially new learners and those that question their driving ability. She is a pleasant person to be around and is always punctual. I passed my practical test first time with only 2 minors with Kevin as my instructor, nice and calm guy with plenty of patience. The website offers Highway code, Theory test Questions and Hazard Perception, all for free!! This is how I was also able to pass the Theory test on the first attempt. I would recommend Focus and Pass to anyone in fact I already have and they are taking lessons with them too!! Read Less
