AVOID. Honestly the worst customer experience I've had. I had three lessons with Len (drives a silver Clio, works in jesmond, gosforth area) and then had to cancel one last minute as a relative passed away. He demanded that I paid him for the lesson as it was within 24 hours, after unpleasant conversation and a couple of days, I chose to pay him it's his livelihood after all. A few days later I unfortunately failed my driving test. I rebooked as he asked and told him the new date of my test. Today I went to book in new lessons leading up to the test and he said "I am not going to continue to be your instructor, you'll have to find someone else". Everyone is fully booked and i'm staring down the barrel of having to move/cancel my new test. I texted and called apollo and all I got back "sorry fully booked". Don't book your lessons with Len - he's incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Showed complete disregard for my personal problems and only cared about his wallet. He's supposed to support me through my driving, not hinder me. AVOID. Read Less
