When I first started with Pass N Go they had issues with the website which took a ridiculous amount of time and many phone calls to resolve, but other than that they have been a great company to use for my driving. I had to change instructors half way through and they were very informative about it. The website is great for booking lessons and keeping track of them. Both instructors I had were very good and professional.

My driving instructor was so friendly and made driving lessons so fun. I feel confident driving and passed my test my second time. I feel like I learnt everything I needed including dual carriage way joins. Pass n go were the easiest company I found to learn to drive with as I could book my lessons online and for any day which fitted in great around my college and work schedule. I could also buy lessons when I got paid or whenever I wanted so there wasn’t a pressure to pay monthly or pay a certain amount, I literally could buy the amount of lessons I wanted and top my hours up whenever. The bulk pack I bought originally was really good value for money and I feel it would be a good gift for someone learning to drive to start them off.

It s good experience of learning driving with Pass N Go. My instructor is great, he picked up my weaknesses and strengths of driving quickly, then worked on how to improve my driving skills and widen my driving experiences. He s very humorous, friendly, polite, kind , well trained , professional driving instructor . I m pleased learning driving from him and Pass N Go, and passed my driving test. Appreciated all experiences during my driving lessons. Thanks.

My instructor Stuart was amazingly patient despite me repeatedly making mistakes. Despite only starting to drive in August, I managed to pass my test today with just one minor. Would highly recommend.

My first instructor left but it was hassle free to set me up with a new one, who picked right up where the first one left off. The website is easy to use and makes it simple to keep track of your upco...
My first instructor left but it was hassle free to set me up with a new one, who picked right up where the first one left off. The website is easy to use and makes it simple to keep track of your upcoming lessons. There’s useful videos for you to recap on lessons and helpful online chat in case you need to get in touch for any reason.
Kevin Hogarth took me from a beginner to passing my test first time with no minors, which I can’t thank him enough for.
Highly recommended.

They may have contracted drivers, & this is no say on their ability, but the actual service, both customer service and ability to answer phones, follow through on call ...
PassNGo... Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
They may have contracted drivers, & this is no say on their ability, but the actual service, both customer service and ability to answer phones, follow through on call backs, follow basic instructions, or provide any kind of token for their mistakes, mess ups and system downs is a disgrace. Avoid this company, there are plenty more that care about customer service.

When I first started with Pass N Go they had issues with the website which took a ridiculous amount of time and many phone calls to resolve, but other than that they have been a great company to use for my driving.
