Strictly Driving is owned and run by me Paul Cracknell and my goal has always been about finding easier and less stressful ways for my clients to learn to drive. Naturally, the more quickly people learn, the more economical the process of leaning to drive becomes.

The best driving instructor in Brighton. I’ve used other Big Names that book per hour and they made me feel like I would take hours and hours to pass. Paul teaches very calmly and explains complex manoeuvres clearly.

Taking my lessons with Paul was a great experience. He is an amazing teacher and has definitely instilled some great driving techniques in me. It didn't take me very many lessons to pass my driving ...
Taking my lessons with Paul was a great experience. He is an amazing teacher and has definitely instilled some great driving techniques in me. It didn't take me very many lessons to pass my driving test on my first attempt. I would recommend Paul to anyone I know.

Not only is Paul an absolutely lovely guy, but he really is a fantastic teacher. He has a patient, calm presence, which is backed up by 40 years of teaching experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul to anyone who's looking to learn to drive, and am pretty sure his method of teaching will not only save you quite a chunk of change at the end but also turn you into a pretty good driver.Cheers Paul.

My experience with Paul was top notch, his statistics speak for themselves! Paul is a fantastic teacher and is constantly updating his methods, so you are never being taught outdated material in an old fashioned manner! I always felt in control of my own experience as Paul gives you a certain amount of freedom on what you would like to practice depending on what you you do, or do not, feel comfortable with.
Two friends of mine also trained and passed with Paul and they also had a similar experience to me.
Strictly Driving comes highly recommended!

I had 50 hours of lessons with another instructor, which didn't really work out. I was given Paul's details by my brother who had recently started learning with Paul. After 24 hours with Paul I passed...
I had 50 hours of lessons with another instructor, which didn't really work out. I was given Paul's details by my brother who had recently started learning with Paul. After 24 hours with Paul I passed my test. The difference in quality between Paul's approach and my old instructor was immeasurable. Paul taught me how to drive NOT how to pass a test.
Paul has a fantastic manner with his pupils, and is able to shape your learning, so that it is always relevant and progressive. He really makes you think about what is happening and where you skill gaps are.
I cannot recommend Paul highly enough, and if you are new to driving or just frustrated with you progress - I would suggest you get in touch with him.
