You hear a lot of bad things about driving instructors shouting at students and you might think this is the worst that can happen. At least if you are shouted at you know you have a bad instructor. It is almost as bad to have someone undermine your confidence in more subtle ways with constant unconstructive criticism, impatience and making you feel as if you will never succeed. Really not impressed.

Not happy at all, the driving instructor did not turn up on several occasions and spoke to the manager for a refund. Which he agreed. I then spoke to the driving instructor Charles who was very blunt ...
Not happy at all, the driving instructor did not turn up on several occasions and spoke to the manager for a refund. Which he agreed. I then spoke to the driving instructor Charles who was very blunt and rude and declined giving me back a refund! We paid £99 for 5 hour lesson! And still have not Hurd anything back! If I'm honest I've been scammed and want my money back asap! Other wise I will be going to court regarding this matter. It's only £99 but it's the principle of paying back a refund which is owed!

I passed my test today all thanks to Ben! After having two other instructors with different companies he was the best instructor I had, he helped me with everything from confidence to accuracy. I was able to book lessons around my work hours making it easy to practice! Thank you so much for your help ben, will always recommend Hamilton!!

Just a quick note to say thank you to Benn and Andrew who between them saved the day when my Sons instructor was unable to take him to do his test. With just a few days notice, Andrew assessed Tom and, very early on a Monday morning, through nightmare traffic, got him to Chertsey test centre, where he passed his test with a couple of minors. They really pulled out all the stops to enable Tom to take his test on this day, for which we are very grateful as the next available... date given to him was June 6th!!! Thank you so much, The Leach-Walton Family Altro...

You hear a lot of bad things about driving instructors shouting at students and you might think this is the worst that can happen. At least if you are shouted at you know you have a bad instructor. It is almost as bad to have someone undermine your confidence in more subtle ways with constant unconstructive criticism, impatience and making you feel as if you will never succeed. Really not impressed.

Not happy at all, the driving instructor did not turn up on several occasions and spoke to the manager for a refund. Which he agreed. I passed my test today all thanks to Ben! After having two other instructors with different companies he was the best instructor I had, he helped me with everything from confidence to accuracy. I was able to book lessons around my work hours making it easy to practice! Thank you so much for your help ben, will always recommend Hamilton!!

Just a quick note to say thank you to Benn and Andrew who between them saved the day when my Sons instructor was unable to take him to do his test.
