I was Incredibly impressed with Mark and had a brilliant time with him as my instructor, I went into my first lesson sceptical as I had a previously poor experience with another instructor from the same area, this first instructor was unreliable had poor communication and had me waiting for him to appear for lesson and not show and not inform me of why till I chase his colleague to find he had gone on holiday, these are NOT words I would use to describe Mark he was always very punctual and incredibly professional having properly checked my driving licence and have me read a very clear and well worded term and conditions page before the first lesson (this gave me a feeling of hope that this was going to be a different experience from my first) he was alway incredibly quick to respond to messages and had amazing communication through out. Mark was always on time to lessons, never once late. The material Mark taught me was more than just getting me test ready, he taught me more than the test criteria and I felt better prepared for my future out on the roads.A aspect of Mark i really like was his ability to explain the workings of the car on a technical level due to his past in the motor trade, this was something I found helpful and believe others will too. I felt prepared for my test and when it came round I passed with only 3 minors. I felt if I had stayed with my old instructor or chose another instructor over Mark I wouldn't have done as well as I did. Overall I was impressed with Mark and enjoyed the time I spent learning with him. I do,have and will highly recommend Mark to anyone in the area as I feel he goes the extra mile to better prepare students for more than just test day,over other instructors and driving schools.
