Great Instructor, good lesson pacing and chatty. He was always very accommodating with my crazy work schedule even when I got tired half way through a lesson and had to go home or got the wrong time! He isn't fazed by much and has great impulse control on his duel control in situations I'm certain I would have used it! He has great confidence in his pupils even if they don't always see it themselves. The cute little Fiat 500 was the reason I opted for Gwills Wheels in the first place :) I would recommend him very highly as a calm, flexible driving instructor who adapts to the style that the learner needs. Very rude and unprofessional instructor. He's the kind of guy who would either show up late without even apologising or finish with the learner like 15 minutes before, and if you ask him to give that 15 min back (next lesson) he'd get grumpy and start shouting at you. If you don't play by his dodgy rules he'd shut you down and tell you not to do lessons with him (even if you're a couple of lessons away from the test). Also, when he gets to your place he'll choose the most hidden place he can find (e.g. behind the tree or a building) just so you don't see him and in the meantime he'll have charged you for those wasted minutes - don't rely on him ringing the bell or giving a missed a call or text! Furthermore, even when he's supposedly "doing his job" he won't be paying attention to you at all (let alone the mistakes you make) and he'll be like "you're ready to take the test" even if you have just started with him and never done manoeuvres yet. It's like he wants students to fail so they keep doing more lessons with him! Finally, a note about hygiene, an instructor should be in an acceptable appearance (including brushing their teeth) - it's about mutual respect! Just saying!!! Read Less
