Passed first time thanks to Jackie!! Jackie is an excellent driving instructor, very patient, friendly, and doesn't get mad or shout at you when you make a mistake or get something wrong - (even if you do have an elderly man crash into you on the day of your test and put her car off the road and in the garage being repaired for a week or so!!) I will be booking her (if she will risk my family again!) to teach my daughter to drive when the time comes in a year or so and i would highly recommend Jackie to anybody wanting to learn to drive. Best driving instructor I've ever had (and I've had quite a few) passed my test first time with only two minors!! Kind, supportive and professional. This lady made me feel completely at ease behind the wheel, was able to answer all my questions and made sure I was ready and confident for my test. She picked me up and dropped me off wherever I needed and worked around my schedule. She did not cancel one lesson with me throughout my time with her. Really I can't put into words how amazing she was. Would never consider any other instructor ever again. She is the one!!! Read Less
