went with ailsa first. she wasn’t patient and got frustrated if i didn’t get something first time and tutted if i was practising manovers over and over again making me feel stupid. sat my test after only a few months of lessons when i wasn’t ready, so i failed my test first time and said i was stupid what i failed on. wasn’t a supportive instructor and didn’t focus on being positive. moved to another instructor who was calm and more patient with me and encouraged me and passed second time.

Very professional and very patient instructor, I'm a very nervous (and 'mature' ) pupil and Ailsa really helped me get through the basics of driving as a complete novice - have had a 'little' hiatus with my lessons but looking forward to completing my lessons and eventually getting on the road.

Ailsa is an excellent driving instructor! A very patient and understanding lady! Highly recommended.
I had no confidence in myself as a driver and i was very nervous... But by the time it came to my test.. I was confident enough and in control of my nerves!
And passed my test!!

Paid for a block booking for lessons 200 pound. Had health issues ongoing and lost interest in driving. Messaged Ailsa to ask for my money back and she asked to pay me back in installments. Thought th...
Paid for a block booking for lessons 200 pound. Had health issues ongoing and lost interest in driving. Messaged Ailsa to ask for my money back and she asked to pay me back in installments. Thought this was funny but agreed. After a few weeks with no repayment I messaged again. Now she's blocked me from messenger. Still owes me money. Word of caution. Do not pay up front as she spent my money! Not a great way to run a business.

went with ailsa first. she wasn’t patient and got frustrated if i didn’t get something first time and tutted if i was practising manovers over and over again making me feel stupid. sat my test after only a few months of lessons when i wasn’t ready, so i failed my test first time and said i was stupid what i failed on. wasn’t a supportive instructor and didn’t focus on being positive. moved to another instructor who was calm and more patient with me and encouraged me and passed second time.

Very professional and very patient instructor, I'm a very nervous (and 'mature' ) pupil and Ailsa really helped me get through the basics of driving as a complete novice - have had a 'little' hiatus with my lessons but looking forward to completing my lessons and eventually getting on the road.

Paid for a block booking for lessons 200 pound. Had health issues ongoing and lost interest in driving. Messaged Ailsa to ask for my money back and she asked to pay me back in installments.
