The L factor was absolutely brilliant for me as Carol never let me down by cancelling. Carol’s patience made me a more confident driving than a previous instructor had.  She delivered instructions clearly and made lessons fun and engaging with her knowledge and great sense of humour. I wish I had gone to her sooner. I passed my theory test first time using the Theory test pro app which Carol provided for me free of charge.  I found the app had fantastic study material and was easy to navigate.
