My wife had 8 of her 10 lessons before taking, and failing her test. She told the instructor that she wanted a breather before resuming lessons. Now, later, my wife has tried to contact the instructor to complete the final two lessons which she is owed, but all types of communication have been ignored, even though we know that they have been received. Furthermore, because my wife works shifts, the instructor told us that she was "very" flexible. This turned out not to be the case, and would only offer lessons at 0800 on a Thursday morning, which is why we have two outstanding lessons. We would like a refund for the cost of two lessons, as you have not fulfilled your obligations. Read Less
