Absolutely awful do not go with this instructor! This instructor wasted my time and money and would never recommend anyone to ever go with this guy if there was a no star option I would choose it! I had around 25 hours with this instructor hoping the lessons would get better they didn't! The word instructor is wrong he didn't instruct me on anything! Just drive was his motto not telling me any methods of pulling off, approaching junctions! His feedback was your doing ok not telling how to improve or anything I could do to help myself! He gave me an app that didn't have all the questions on for my theory and only 2 of the hazard perception on! There was no help in any way shape or form! I wouldn't recommend this driving school to anyone it's awful! Stay well away! When I asked how to improve it was like he was having a go at me for not trying I was paying for two hours every week to help I thought there was something wrong with me but now with an actual instructor I am doing very well and have my test bookedand theory passed thank god for me changing instructor! Pete was a great driving instructor and I could not fault him in any way. He had lots of patience and was always considerate. At no time did I find that his hearing aids affect any of my driving lessons. There is another instructor in the area, which I did have the misfortune of having for a short, who was not great but I did not share this on the Internet. Pete turned up on time and if he was running a bit late he would ring. Pete also turned up on time for my test at home and ensured I was calm before the test. I did pass first time with only 4 minors, his record for first time passes are high. I found the theory a challenge but Pete gave me all the resources and information needed. Therefore, from my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Ellie's for driving lessons. A big thank you Ellies School of Motoring for great lessons. Read Less
