Bob is a retired Lothian and Borders Police Traffic officer, having served 26 years in that department. He is a Class 1 Driver for Patrol cars and Motorcycles. He was one of the original officers trained to drive the Armed Response Vehicles in Edinburgh. When Bob retired, he set up a successful driving school in Edinburgh along with his brother in law Neil. Bob is also an advanced driving instructor and examiner for both the IAM and ROSPA. He was Chief Driving Examiner for Bahrain Public Transport Company. The car you will be taught to drive in is a brand new Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 Limited Edition, or if you elect for a defensive/refresher course it will be your own car.
