Being a late starter to driving (45) I could not have had a better instructor than Utah. From my very first lesson he made me feel at ease. I was very nervous to begin with and he was very patient with me and nothing was too much trouble. I live out in the country and he gave me the confidence to drive on busier and city centre roads with higher volumes of traffic that I was not used to. I always had my driving lessons early morning and he was always on time. Yes, we did sometime collect other drivers at the end of the lesson who drove me home and other drivers came to collect me on occasions. To be honest I enjoyed this as this also gave me confidence in my driving knowing the fact I had another learner driver in the car made me drive better! I am very surprised at some of the negative reviews I have read on here. Not once did I ever have a problem with Elliotts. Unprofessional. Gets you to drive to next client to pick up and then you get in the back and new learner drives you home. Then discusses your business infront of other learner driver in the car. Also he eats his lunch whilst taking your lesson. More interested in your money. Read Less

Started my automatic lessons with Utah at the start of February. Have found him a friendly laid back instructor who lets you get on with driving and was great for me who had put off learning for over 10 years. I had a couple of lessons years previously and had spent 4 hours driving round the same estate, in lesson one with Utah I was driving much more. This was great for confidence building then in the last 2 weeks before the test he really upped the feedback on my driving and feel he got me in a good place. He was also extremely flexible offering times as early as 630AM and as late as 10PM on weeks I needed to squeeze a lesson in. After only about 22 -24 hours of lessons today I passed with only 3 minors. I really would recommend, am genuinely going to miss the lessons and the friendly chats we used to have. Read Less

My driving instructor was Utah And we had around 17 lessons. I found Utah laid back and easy to get on with. At times I would be very nervous on the roads but he built my confidence up time after time. So much patience when I'd want to repeat a manoeuvre for the 100th time. He works flexible hours so I was always able to fit lessons around family life. Lessons were tailored to me, we covered many areas of Nottingham which is a great bonus as we covered many different roads concentrating on my test area for the last few lessons. All in all I passed my test first time with 3 minors My brother also passed his test with Elliott's after only 6 lessons and also had Utah as a instructor Enjoyed my lessons so much I will actually miss having them. Passed first time!! Utah was my instructor throughout and after 15 lessons passed first time with 4 minors. Utah has many years of experience and want to thank him for using that experience for helping me to pass. I had Trevor as an instructor and I passed first time. He is excellent but not the weak hearted. His experience is second to none. He won't let you make the same mistake again because he takes time to ensure you do it right. I am so thankful to Trevor and I would recommend anyone. Great guy and a great instructor. Read Less
