1-Way Driving School provides an excellent, professional service. My female instructor, Jo, was highly knowledgeable and experienced, as well as patient, encouraging and good-humoured. She put me at ease immediately and gave me confidence in my ability, teaching me not only how to drive but how to enjoy driving. It’s a credit to her expertise and practical approach that I passed my test at the first attempt. This is a first-rate service that I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Great vehicle, shame about the lessons. I spent over £1000 on lessons and didn't develop basic clutch control, spent many hours chatting with instructor whilst driving, when questioned about driving tests date I was told I was not ready and would need many more hours. Took my business elsewhere and was test ready within a week. Instructor has since built a successful franchise.

Helpful Reliable and trustworthy, staff were friendly and honest. Always kept us well informed and instructor was patient and professional. Completely trust worthy and standard of teaching extremely high. Would highly recommend if you want your children to be safe and competent on the road.

Firstly, beware of fake 5 star reviews scattered around the web often left by the companies themselves.
Female instructor seemed to be lacking experience and people skills. Very impatient and rude, tutting at any errors made - not what you would expect from an "instructor" and very discouraging for a new learner.
My advice is to stay away from such lesser-known companies as their standards seem to be lower. AVOID.
My advice to 1 Way is to invest in customer service training as a matter of urgency!

1-Way Driving School provides an excellent, professional service. My female instructor, Jo, was highly knowledgeable and experienced, as well as patient, encouraging and good-humoured. She put me at ease immediately and gave me confidence in my ability, teaching me not only how to drive but how to enjoy driving. It’s a credit to her expertise and practical approach that I passed my test at the first attempt. This is a first-rate service that I would recommend wholeheartedly.

Great vehicle, shame about the lessons. I spent over £1000 on lessons and didn't develop basic clutch control, spent many hours chatting with instructor whilst driving, when questioned about driving tests date I was told I was not ready and would need many more hours. Took my business elsewhere and was test ready within a week. Instructor has since built a successful franchise.

Firstly, beware of fake 5 star reviews scattered around the web often left by the companies themselves.
Female instructor seemed to be lacking experience and people skills. Very impatient and rude, tutting at any errors made - not what you would expect from an "instructor" and very discouraging for a new learner.
