Andy has supported me and my ability to drive from my very first lesson. I can't imagine driving instructors come much better than Andy - he's friendly, incredibly thorough, honest, patient and always on time, he allows you to work at your own pace, and you know what you're getting is the real deal because of his career in police driver training. Friendly and massively helpful, cannot recommend more! Always makes you feel calm and confident when your driving no matter what level your at. Answers all questions and goes beyond what is necessary to just pass the test to make you feel like a better all round driver. Explains everything simply but makes sure that you understand it and are able to put it into practice. Easy to talk to, you never feel awkward asking questions and even when things get hairy will sit and explain everything to you and what you should be doing. Always felt like I was improving after every lesson and the best testimony is how confident I felt before taking my test. Friendly and hugely helpful, always left more confident after each lesson I had with him. He teaches how to pass the test and then some, lessons were always pushing me on further with my driving. I can't recommend Andy highly enough! I was extremely nervous before my first couple of lessons but Andy made me feel completely at ease straight away. He explained everything clearly to me and I felt I could ask him questions at any time throughout our lessons. Each lesson was individually tailored to my ability at that time and I felt completely safe as I was confident that Andy wouldn't get me to practice any manoeuvres or skills that he didn't feel I was ready to do. Before my test Andy made sure that I felt confident and made sure I got lots of practice at those skills that I wasn't quite as comfortable with.
