Frances at Learner 2 Pass is just brilliant. 10/10 service, punctual, supportive and so friendly. I struggle with confidence and Frances always put me at ease throughout my lessons, very positive outlook on everything! I could not fault Frances at all, she really is fantastic. The lessons she provides are well worth the money, personally I think she should charge more but Frances offers a whole range of services after passing your test also. I started with Frances around October 2020 and passed first time yesterday (01/09/21). Learner 2 Pass has a fantastic pass rate with a good track record, you'll see all 5 stars on review sites, great reputation amongst driving schools. Frances was great throughout COVID too, she always managed to accommodate all pupils. Would 100% recommend Learner 2 Pass to anyone looking for an instructor. The instructor is very friendly and immediately made me feel at ease, she did a great job building my confidence and knowledge over time. Everything is explained in a very friendly, easy to understand way, and in the run up to my test, I could not have asked for more support or better preparation than Frances provided, resulting in my passing first time.
