Ted, the owner of the company was my instructor. I told him I wanted an Intensive Course and had a few months to pass but he gave me two 1 hour lessons a week (even though the website states the course I was on is in 2 hour blocks) and I didn't progress to the level I needed to. When i told him I was starting to feel worried as I didn't have enough time left he told me that it was enough time and told me I was progressing well.. therefore I carried on with my lessons happily assuming I would be ready when the intensive course finished to sit my test. When I had a few lessons left I asked him about the test and he told me I was not ready and that we would book some more lessons. Then I was told I should have done this when I was 17. I felt completely unlistened to and no longer wanted anything to do with my instructor so I rang the office which turns out is a woman working from home who couldn't do anything to help as she was too afraid....I told her I want my money back for the remaining lessons and then I was told Ted is the owner and basically there was nothing she could do for me and that Ted would call me that night to discuss the matter. So I waited and received no phone call. I texted him and he texted me back telling me I was put on a semi-intensive course because that's what I asked for (even though I kept asking him for more lessons) He said a cheque would be in the post within the next few days. I received the cheque and it didn't have all the money owed to me that had been paid in full upfront. I texted him twice asking him to send the correct amount but he ignored me and never sent a cheque. I went with this company as my dad had passed with them 21 years ago and I wanted to follow in his footsteps but the company has gone downhill since back then. Save your time and invest a little more money with another driving school, one preferably who actually has an official office. Disgusted is an understatement. Read Less

Amazing exsperience learning to drive, i had college in between which my instructor Ted always worked around and made sure i would get a lesson every week. I found learning to drive was a nice exsperience and at the time of my test i was very confident, as my instructor made sure i was ready. Overall i would choose Systematic over any other, really great instructors. Read Less

I passed my driving test second time lucky in September 2013 with Dean. Wouldn't recommend any other driving school, took me two years to pass but so worth it in the end! Thank you so much, you just don't know how much your life changes when you can drive everywhere/anywhere! Bought a car straight away when I passed and it's the best thing I have ever done!!
