Disgusted in the lack of professionalism from Dennis the owner. Made rude and inappropriate comments, the constant use of his phone and running personal errands during the time I was paying for! He even made another instructor cry whilst on the phone to her during 1 of my lessons. How he's still in business I have no idea. AVOID!

Dennis the owner was my instructor. Constantly had me stop during lessons to go to his house,shops or take phone calls. As a new driver you expect to make mistakes but he used to swear under his breat...
Dennis the owner was my instructor. Constantly had me stop during lessons to go to his house,shops or take phone calls. As a new driver you expect to make mistakes but he used to swear under his breath insulting me. He was inpatient and always rushing me which made me stress and make more mistakes. I wouldnt even give this terrible company 1 star but i cant go any lower. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Guy call mark, used to stop for fags and take phonecalls during my lessons, waste of time and money, always sulks about how much he hates working aswell

I recommend this company to anyone! Dennis is a brilliant instructor and did everything he could to get me ready for my test. He was patient and had a great approach when it came to calming my nerves and bringing me back down to earth. I passed first time after 2 months and I couldn't have done it without Dennis. Thank you Rapid Pass!

First time pass with only 3 minors, instructor natalie is by far the best instructor i have ever met! She is calming funny and greatly improves my confidence (which i grately lack 😹) i absolutly love...
First time pass with only 3 minors, instructor natalie is by far the best instructor i have ever met! She is calming funny and greatly improves my confidence (which i grately lack 😹) i absolutly loved my lessons and slighly sad they are now finished ^.^ thank you natalie your the greatest xxxxxx

I was with Rapid Pass for about two-three months having 90 minute sessions. One week I asked my instructor if it would be possible to rearrange the lesson to the following week as my payment was due a...
I was with Rapid Pass for about two-three months having 90 minute sessions. One week I asked my instructor if it would be possible to rearrange the lesson to the following week as my payment was due and that week was when I got paid. He agreed but when the day came that we had rearranged it to he did not turn up and didn't send a courtesy message to say he wouldn't be coming that day. No effort has been made to rearrange any other lessons. I am a nervous driver and up till when I started these lessons I had never driven before. During the lessons he was not patient with me and would often grab the wheel or slam on the breaks when sometimes it may not have been necessary which has really affected my confidence and I am now too nervous to go with another instructor.

Thank you so much for teaching my Son how to drive, did not believe it could be done in 6 weeks the overall cost was far cheaper than we expected And nothing was too much trouble for Dennis even if we called after 9 in the evening. Thank you once again and we highly recommend this driving school to others :)

Disgusted in the lack of professionalism from Dennis the owner. Made rude and inappropriate comments, the constant use of his phone and running personal errands during the time I was paying for! Dennis the owner was my instructor. Constantly had me stop during lessons to go to his house,shops or take phone calls. I recommend this company to anyone! Dennis is a brilliant instructor and did everything he could to get me ready for my test. He was patient and had a great approach when it came to calming my nerves and bringing me back down to earth. I passed first time after 2 months and I couldn't have done it without Dennis. I was with Rapid Pass for about two-three months having 90 minute sessions. One week I asked my instructor if it would be possible to rearrange the lesson to the following week as my payment was due and that week was when I got paid. He agreed but when the day came that we had rearranged it to he did not turn up and didn't send a courtesy message to say he wouldn't be coming that day. Thank you so much for teaching my Son how to drive, did not believe it could be done in 6 weeks the overall cost was far cheaper than we expected And nothing was too much trouble for Dennis even if we called after 9 in the evening.
