Vanessa is an excellent instructor who balances clear and articulate instruction with encouragement and confidence-building. She taught me how to drive a manual on the other side of the road (I'm a Canadian who could only drive automatics), and her lessons were always the right balance of teaching new things whilst building on existing skills.
