Angela was by far the best instructor I have had. I have tried learning to drive on and off for a number of years. Angela was fantastic, I wish that I had started learning with her years ago. I had failed twice with BSM, had terrible service from them, and I was extremely nervous about driving after that and didn't touch a car for three years. Angela took my anxiety into a count and made me confident on the road again. The lessons were very enjoyable, we always had something to talk about and I'm absolutely happy to have had someone that could get on my level of thinking. Angela made the instructions on manoeuvres and absolutely clear, no faff, and things I struggled terribly with before were very soon made unbelievably easy. Excellent instructor, was so patient and calm. She was always so reassuring even when I was mega stressed out on lessons, and especially on the day of the test. LOOK ELSEWHERE DO NOT USE THIS INSTRUCTOR She came highly recommend but sadly something has clearly changed, she has become a liar, inefficient and has totally ruined my cousin's confidence. An already nervous driver, my cousin came away from her lesson confused as the instructor had clearly taught her wrong procedures and practices. This turned out to be the least of her worries. For an entire month, my cousin received excuse after excuse as to why this instructor could not do a lesson. These ranged from the plausible to the ridiculous. And the instructor was not even clever with her lies, it was later publicised on social media sites that she had given other lessons later in the day. It was clear she just could not be bothered to teach my cousin and any instructor that feels they can pick and choose when they teach with their clients should not be trusted. My cousin's confidence in driving plummeted after only one lesson with this instructor. It was a while before she could feel comfortable driving. My cousin needs to be able to drive soon and this instructor wasted her time without thought or care as to what this was doing to my cousin. Since this, we have learnt that we are not her first victim. It appears her professionalism is waning and many are suffering from her relaxed attitude to her job. Instead of simply stopping business it appears she is making life complicated for everyone. I and my cousin strongly suggest you do not use this instructor. She is lazy and has proven she clearly does not care if you are taught correctly or not. Since then my cousin has found an excellent instructor outside of our town. We are incredibly disappointed that my cousin's time was wasted and she was not taught properly.
