Driving instructor number 1 didn't turn up and didn't contact me. Two days later she texts me saying "abit of my car fell off" She then charges me full amount for the lesson. Changed my instructor then the first lesson they didn't turn up. Lost my patience and will never ever use these again! STAY AWAY terrible service where I have lost 150 pound without a refund. Only get a 1* on the basis the customer service people were helpful. DRIVER DIDNT EVEN TURN UP FOR MY 2 HR LESSON! can't say how gutted I am but these things happen. It got to nearly 20 mins past my appointment time and nobody had called so I decided to call them, I can't afford for lateness let alone a no show so unfortunately lost a potential long term customer! It is unfortunate that I have to even give one star. I booked lessons with Red and was happy to get a date in my area within a couple weeks. The date of the lesson came and less than 30 minutes before... Read More
It is unfortunate that I have to even give one star. I booked lessons with Red and was happy to get a date in my area within a couple weeks. The date of the lesson came and less than 30 minutes before my lesson my driver called and cancelled. She apologised and we rescheduled the following Sunday (5 days later). On Sunday I hadn't had a confirmation text or anything, so 45 minutes before my lesson I texted to ensure we were still on and again was cancelled on. The reason this time is that the car was broke down. I had to keep contacting over the next couple days after a promised phone call and text update both did not happen, and finally I gave up and called Red's main line. I spoke with a customer service representative that refused to let me speak with a manager, stating an escalation process but promised a call within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went and still no phone call. And still no lessons. They've had my money for over a month and these lessons have still not happened. I've given this company money for a service and have not gotten it. I called again this morning and they refuse to put my call through to a manger or the complaints department, stating no one is there. What an absolutely fraud of a company. Read Less
