Absolute rip off avoid trust me over 200 pounds wasted on poor lessons, have had to start over again with a new instructor due to the poor training given by one of their instructors. 10 lessons and not once was i taught the basics of driving ie mirror manouvers, important obstacles to look out for and how to approach roundabouts or junctions. If I could give nil stars I would. I did over a weeks intensive training with their driving instructor Chris Robins and what a horrible experience it was. Firstly Chris had no structure to the week and ran out of time! He had an examiner test on the second day of my lessons. I was only informed of this on the day I arrived at his B&B. He obviously thought that this was the best time to bring it up, he also lied saying he had no choice, that he was not informed having been gi...ven short notice of the test. Of course it was me who now had no choice as I was standing in his B & B in Blackpool! I have now learned from another driving instructor that this was a lie and that driving instructors know weeks in advance that they are having this examination. He then proceeded to waste 5 hours of my precious time and money preparing himself for his examination. He was rude and aggressive and it was as if he wanted me to fail, it was only after we started the lessons that I discovered he had a weird and sadistic personality. He is a Jerkyl and Hyde character who was a totally different person from the guy who ran the hotel from the one who was teaching. Some people do not deal with stress very well and Chris is one of them and he should not be an driving instructor. I contacted the driving school detailing what had happened and they have done nothing to sort it out other than stall me because of holidays, my complaint was not important enough for their immediate attention. I gave the driving school a number of chances to do the right thing and they have done nothing yet. It goes to show that he gets away with this behavior because the management is weak and lacking. Once they have your money they could not care less what their driving instructors get up to. I advise anyone who is thinking of doing an intensive course with this driving school do NOT waste your hard earned money or time.
