Awful service, the driving instructor Paul from Birmingham/Tamworth was terrible. He’d constantly cancel all of my lessons, and the company deceived me by not giving me a free lesson. Do not go with this company!

"instructor Tony"Was complete wast of money paid to this instructor he was really disrespectful. He swore at me few times when I do little mistake. fist 5min are ok then will start telling me off while I'm Driving. He made me so uncomfortable and nerviouse when driving which exactly what he shouldn't be doing. He creates discomfort and nervesness and he swears. His teaching skills and ethics are big concern absolutely not acceptable. he asked me to book my driving test so I did, when I took the last two hours lessons with him he went mental about my driving and told me to pay him £120 for additional 5 hours as he will not recommend me to go for the test.! Nice way to make moneyIn previous lessons I told him that he is the reason to make me nervous and uncomfortable but surprising said" your driving is rubbish mate and you make your self nervous not me"Very not recommended instructor at all don't take him if you book with this company

I booked driving lessons with an instructor who failed to turn up, contacted them and requested another who again scheduled lessons and once again didn't turn up. After contacting him he told me the office had given him the wrong address and he had tried contacting me but not been able to and given up and gone home. No calls on my phone or texts as he stated. Avoid at all costs.

I was new at driving, so I book the 5 lesson for £56 thinking it was a great offer with an Instuctor called graham. I have three lesson with him and all was going great no problems. But then came the 4 lesson I arrange child care and even made sure my babysitter was up and at my house ready for when he showed, there wasn't a show. I called him to find out where he was not reply, I then text him no reply. I did this for 2 week still no answer so I got in contact of the main office saying that I wanted the lessons I am owed or my money back. I got an email apologising for his behaviour and I got told that they have contacted him to get in contact with me which was pointless as I have tried that my self.
