Learning to drive at 41 can be the most frightening of prospects. I simply could not envisage myself a driver. Julia had the confidence I lacked, she taught me how understand the car and the traffic down to the smallest detail. She knew when to push me to overcome my fears and yet I always knew I was kept safe. She is a fantastic teacher and a lovely person. Thanks to her lessons my life has opened up to so many new activities and made my dream road-trip to Italy a reachable goal. Wholeheartedly recommended!!

My daughter had an amazing experience with this driving school. She was a very nervous learner and Debbie her instructor put her at ease. She was so helpful and reassuring and my daughter passed first...

I had a previous instructor who I had failed 4 tests with, so I decided to change instructor to Julia. With her help I managed to pass on my first test with her, and her guidance has really helped imp...
I had a previous instructor who I had failed 4 tests with, so I decided to change instructor to Julia. With her help I managed to pass on my first test with her, and her guidance has really helped improve road safety and driving skills. Would recommend!

I had not driven since I passed my test over 20 years ago because I suffered from extreme nervousness and lack of confidence. This year, I decided to have driving lessons with Julia, and what a great decision that turned out to be. Julia’s calm and patient manner helped me regain the driving skills I had forgotten as well as learn many new things. She helped me re-build my self-confidence to the point that, as I now approach 60 years of age, I am driving my own car for the first time and have achieved a real sense of independence because of this. I cannot recommend her enough. She is a lovely lady and a real gem of a driving instructor.

I have just recently done something I thought I would never do, pass my driving test. Struggling to learn with previous driving schools I had lost all confidence but coming to Julia's school of motoring I gained the confidence and skills needed to pass. I would highly recommend Julia as she is an instructor that cares about her pupils while delivering a high quality of teaching.

I passed my test first time thanks to my instructor Louise at Julia's SOM. I enjoyed everything about my lessons and would recommend anybody I know to this school. You would not be disappointed!! Cannot thank Louise enough for making me into the confident driver that I have become!!!

Julia helped my daughter pass her driving test after many hours of lessons with another local company & 4 failed attempts at her driving test. After just a couple of double lessons with Julia, Holly was test ready and passed.
Julia's School of Motoring also did the same for her friend April Degen, who passed her driving test with Julia's instructor, Claire. Very highly recommended driving school, with very friendly, female instructors.

Learning to drive at 41 can be the most frightening of prospects. I simply could not envisage myself a driver. Julia had the confidence I lacked, she taught me how understand the car and the traffic down to the smallest detail. She knew when to push me to overcome my fears and yet I always knew I was kept safe. She is a fantastic teacher and a lovely person. Thanks to her lessons my life has opened up to so many new activities and made my dream road-trip to Italy a reachable goal. Wholeheartedly recommended!!

I had not driven since I passed my test over 20 years ago because I suffered from extreme nervousness and lack of confidence. This year, I decided to have driving lessons with Julia, and what a great decision that turned out to be. Julia’s calm and patient manner helped me regain the driving skills I had forgotten as well as learn many new things. I have just recently done something I thought I would never do, pass my driving test. Struggling to learn with previous driving schools I had lost all confidence but coming to Julia's school of motoring I gained the confidence and skills needed to pass. I would highly recommend Julia as she is an instructor that cares about her pupils while delivering a high quality of teaching.

Julia helped my daughter pass her driving test after many hours of lessons with another local company & 4 failed attempts at her driving test. After just a couple of double lessons with Julia, Holly was test ready and passed.
