Mark is an excellent driving instructor with great level of patience. He is to the point, explains greatly why things need to be done in certain way.
He helped me modify my 16 years built-up driving habits (and pass the first time) by clearly mentioning and making me practice what to change and what to keep.

Mark is a great driving instructor, he pushes you to work hard and continuously consider what you do as a driver. He evaluates (and makes you evaluate) the good aspects of your driving and the parts that need improvement in order to help you progress and develop. You leave each lesson feeling like you've learnt something. Great guy and great instructor, I would highly recommend Tarmac Guru. Thanks Mark!

Mark was the perfect instructor for me, he combines realism, sarcasm and fun into his lessons. It was a pleasure to learn with him. He brings a calm space in the car, with his quick awareness he is able to observe your style, thus giving the ability to best guide you to become the driver you want to be. Not only this, I felt I could speak my mind to an open ear. I am grateful to be recommended Mark as my instructor. A Great guy and a sweet ride.

I passed first time with only one minor thanks to Mark. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. He pushed me to do my very best whilst maintaining a sense of humour. I recommend mark for any new drivers who look to increase their confidence and to achieve their very best.

I would highly recommend Mark, he is an excellent instructor and a really nice guy. He is not the cheapest and doesn't hide the fact he charges a few pound an hour more the other local instructors but...
I would highly recommend Mark, he is an excellent instructor and a really nice guy. He is not the cheapest and doesn't hide the fact he charges a few pound an hour more the other local instructors but it is more than worth paying the extra for the expert tuition and learning in a lovely Audi A3 S-line with Auto Light, Auto Wipers and Parking break which takes the "faff" out of learning so you can concentrate on road craft without having to worry about too many controls at the start of your driving journey. Well worth booking a block of 10 lessons to save money too.

Amazing guy, passed first time with him in 6 weeks. Would highly reccomend him as he clearly knows how to properly prepare you for the test. It also quite nice to learn in a Audi A3 S line 😊, had a such a good and enjoyable experience.

At the beginning of March I was looking for a driving instructor to help me pass by the time of a Europe Road Trip at the start of July. Reading the reviews on here and checking Marks website I knew he was the instructor I was looking for. Mark got me to hit the ground running and helped push me and my confidence to the level necessary to not only be prepared for the test but also a competent and safe driver. Get the proper service available and get on to marks tutorship, you won't regret it, he'll be a good laugh and friend to boot. 20 lessons in 3 months and ive done it. Europe's now the experience I wanted it to be. Cheers Mark 😁

Mark is a great driving instructor, he pushes you to work hard and continuously consider what you do as a driver. He evaluates (and makes you evaluate) the good aspects of your driving and the parts that need improvement in order to help you progress and develop. You leave each lesson feeling like you've learnt something. Great guy and great instructor, I would highly recommend Tarmac Guru. Thanks Mark!

Mark was the perfect instructor for me, he combines realism, sarcasm and fun into his lessons. It was a pleasure to learn with him. He brings a calm space in the car, with his quick awareness he is able to observe your style, thus giving the ability to best guide you to become the driver you want to be. Not only this, I felt I could speak my mind to an open ear. I am grateful to be recommended Mark as my instructor. A Great guy and a sweet ride.

I would highly recommend Mark, he is an excellent instructor and a really nice guy. Reading the reviews on here and checking Marks website I knew he was the instructor I was looking for. Mark got me to hit the ground running and helped push me and my confidence to the level necessary to not only be prepared for the test but also a competent and safe driver.
