Fantastic trainer! I have known Graham since March 2013 when I attended my first session of a BTec4 Professional Award for Coaching in Driver Development. Graham has helped me achieve so many things in the driver training industry since then. The last 5 years have been amazing for me. Having completed a BTec4, Graham and the Tri-Coaching Team gave me the confidence to achieve much more.
Graham taught me how to become a better ADI, trained me to get my ORDIT badge, how to deliver a safer driving message in workshops and 121 training with some of the most influential people within some of the largest businesses in the UK.
He inspired me to train others coaching and ADI skills needed not only to improve what they did, but with the end goal of having an impact on road safety. I know I would not have come so far so fast if it weren't for Graham's passion for people and their development.
There are very few in this industry who truly 'get it' . Why we are here and the job we need to do as trainers. Behavioural change only comes about when we change how think, feel and what we believe.
Thank you Graham. On a scale of 1 to 10 It's got to be a 10. I get it.

Awesome trainer. Graham Hooper is the reason I have a career rather than a job. He really knows his stuff and passes that knowledge effortlessly onto you. Can't rate him highly enough.

Graham helped me out substantially when going through the process of becoming an ADI.
Having been an instructor, in my own right, for guiding drivers through the process of using 4wd vehicles in harsh and hostile environments; I had difficulty adapting to the style required to get through part three.
Graham's ability to recognize the way individuals learn is second to none. Through a series of training sessions he was able to let me identify and self correct errors, that I was making, for an accelerated learning process.
I would highly recommend Graham to anyone who, not only wants to be an ADI, but wants to improve their overall instructional techniques.

Graham really has help me out. I have been an instructor 8 years now which I was only part time for 7 years. I instructed the way I was taught, and did ok, but always felt that i could be better. Grah...
Graham really has help me out. I have been an instructor 8 years now which I was only part time for 7 years. I instructed the way I was taught, and did ok, but always felt that i could be better. Graham taught me there was so much I could do, so now I am not only instructing but coaching, giving my students more responsibility is the way to do it. The response was instantaneous with my students, I feel much better that I am now giving more 100% to my students. Definitely recommend Graham as his many years of experience has served me well.
