Having first started learning to drive as a teenager in Staffordshire but failing a test shortly before moving to London, my confidence was severely knocked - so I only begun relearning at the age of 29, when my husband and I moved out to Hitchin. All I can say is that thankfully Mark was able to take me on. His calm, patient and clear-headed nature was exactly what I needed to allay my fears of numerous aspects of driving (namely, roundabouts!) and I really enjoyed our informal chats, to the point of feeling like we were mates as opposed to teacher and student. I genuinely could not have hoped for a better instructor and can’t recommend Mark enough. I passed today with flying colours and I’ll be going back to the Hitchin Driving School for some motorway driving lessons once I’m out on the road! Read Less
