I was completely stumped with manuals and it turned into driving all together, until I saw this instructor in a car park and got in touch. It was the best decision I made!! If you love a bit of banter and a laugh on your lessons then this is the guy you need! He gave back my confidence in driving and feeling safe behind the wheel! I took 3 lessons before and today was the fourth for one hour. The instructor was totally unprofessional and impatient. He was raising his voice, yelling and shouting. Beside that, he used a totally offensive language. I had no idea what to do because he is my first driving instructor in UK. I remained calm as we were driving and his shouting could distract me which may leads to a major accident. I tried to explain to him that I am a learner and his raised voice will push me to do more mistakes. I asked him politely to lower his voice and watch out for his language but he kept insisting of using bad words and insults to me. Read Less
