I remember inboxing them twice on Facebook for someone to contact me but they didn't, so I had to contact them by phone personally. The instructor I had got fed up once when I kept messing up a bay park. She told me to 'drive on' as she was 'getting bored of this now'. It offended me as I was the one paying for my lessons, paying HER wage for the hour I was learning, so I think that was a bit of a cheek her saying that. This happened last year, about March time and I remember it very clearly. I'm so glad I went and found someone else after I had to give up driving for a few months (medical reasons). 1st Essential hiked the prices up as well, and learning to drive is as expensive as it is. I passed my driving test first time with 1st Essential in 2006. It was evident from the beginning that all of the driving instructors are very passionate about teaching students to drive and ensuring they do it safely. My instructer always made sure I was happy with each manoeuvre before moving on to the next and would use little catchphrases to help, which to this day, I still remember and use. The excellence of his teaching provided helpful when I went on to do my C1 in 2008. The instructor in this course was poor, so I used the teachings of 1st Essential and went on to pass first time again.
