Arranged my first lesson with an instructor who text me 2 hours before the lesson to cancel and asked for my availability. After responding with my availability for the next week, I never had a reply....
Arranged my first lesson with an instructor who text me 2 hours before the lesson to cancel and asked for my availability. After responding with my availability for the next week, I never had a reply. 2 weeks later, I phoned the company to explain what had happened to which I received no apology. They simply said it was 'unlike him' and they would try to find out what had happened and get back to me. I never heard anything from them.

Disgusting behaviour, all the company wants is money money money, not interested in customer service or actually getting you to pass your test. Ridiculous- Do not use!
