Arranged my first lesson with an instructor who text me 2 hours before the lesson to cancel and asked for my availability. After responding with my availability for the next week, I never had a reply. 2 weeks later, I phoned the company to explain what had happened to which I received no apology. They simply said it was 'unlike him' and they would try to find out what had happened and get back to me. I never heard anything from them. Read Less

Disgusting behaviour, all the company wants is money money money, not interested in customer service or actually getting you to pass your test. Ridiculous- Do not use!
