I am so happy to say that today I passed my driving test first time after having driving lessons with Ian! I had previously had lessons with another instructor and it had really knocked my confidence and I was convinced I wouldn't ever learn to drive. However I decided to persevere and find another instructor and fortunately I found Ian! Ian is a fantastic instructor, he is always on time for lessons, he explains everything very clearly and he helped me to overcome my fear of roundabouts! Ian's lessons allowed me to have lots of driving time and I was given feedback at the end of each lesson in a reflective log, which was emailed to me so I could read over it and I knew exactly what I needed to work on, on my next lesson. Ian is a very friendly driving instructor and very easy to get a long with. Ian made the lessons easy to understand, and if at any time I wasnt sure, I felt fine asking him to explain things in a different way. He was never late for my lessons and mostly he was early. From my first lesson Ian got me driving, and we always did lots of driving each lesson. We only stopped when he had to explain something new, or to discuss how I could improve what I’d just done. I enjoyed my driving lessons with Ian. I'm am learning so many things I didn't know and now I know them well. I am Hungarian man and English not my first language so Ian was easy and kind and helpful in careful explanation. If I not understand well he explain again. I'm very happy. I am so happy today I pass my driving test first time. I am going to tell others to have lessons I will very much recommend Ian. He is very good instructor and you should try for yourself anyway. I enjoyed it with "Bolton Driving Lessons" Ian was a great instructor, you get more than what you pay for when you learn from him. He didn't just help me pass my test but improve me to become a better and safer driver, he also give his advanced driving skill and technique in the lesson to help me improve my driving to a higher standard. Ian explains or illustrates things very well so I can understand and pick it up very quickly. He is always early at my place as he leaves plenty of time through his schedule. I just passed my driving test with Ian, BEST FEELING EVER!! I took around 15 lessons and from the get go it was a success. Ian was educative, calm and very helpful throughout my lessons. Taking the lessons in the new Audi A3 really made my test easy as it was very easy to drive and that's just the start of it. I've had other instructors in the past but none of them are as equipped or up to date with the technology used to enhance the learning I acquired. Ian was supportive at all time and very easy to understand as he will point out all the faults in the driving, explain it to the learner and train the learner until it becomes second nature.
