After 15 years of avoiding having driving lessons due to lack of confidence, I finally booked my first block with Darz due to my job relocating. As soon as I was in the drivers seat I was put at ease and didn't feel under pressure to go out on the roads until I felt ready and everything was explained very clearly. With each lesson my confidence grew and within 3 months I passed my test with no faults at all! Passed my practical test a few days ago with Fred and honestly from lesson 1 right up until the test he was fantastic. Always had a laugh during the lesson to ease the nerves and relax the atmosphere and never got impatient when I struggled with starting on a hill or when i spent half the lesson in 3rd gear (Sorry Fred) Phenomenal instructor. From the day I started driving right till the day of my test, working with these guys and Abdul in particular has been amazing, he's one funny guy and makes lessons fun and informative. If you listen to the man and pay attention I can go as far as guarantee a first time pass, as was the case with myself. I don't think I've ever had a boring lesson either, and the online based lesson by lesson progress tracker helped loads for me personally and for my family to track my progress which is always good. I think I was a difficult learner, driving overseas for 3 decades!!, I thought my problem is just to drive on the left side of the road,. But I realized it is not like that.. It is a process of reformulating and reshaping me as a driver in UK.. My Instructor Abdu Has achieved that.. He is so insightful.. Talented in dealing with an adult learner. So today have just passed my driving first time of trying and I wouldn't have done it without the experience skills and patience of Darz. He was amazing calm and very patient as well as well as well skilled all round, he taught a lot more than just drivingb he's made me confident and made me believe a lot more in myself. With only 2 or 3 minors it safe to say that the effort and commitment he'd put throughout the whole process puts Darz driving school and everything up there with the best. I had a couple of lessons with Darz to get used to the car. On test day I was very nervous, panicky and tearful as I suffer with anxiety. He was very patient and he bought me a drink and some chocolate to calm me down and we went on a walk, not many instructors would do that. Honestly the best driving school ever!!!!! I've been taking lessons since 2012 and actually felt like passing was impossible. I only had 20 hours of lessons with Abdul and I passed first time. I've passed my driving test first time on the 15/03/2017 with Yunus Natha! Back in November I've decided to contact Darz Driving School, and got a reply straight away, and quickly booked the first lesson for the week after and I was allocated with Yunus. First Time Pass!!! I have had 4 instructors in the past and I can only truly say Darz is the best of the best. Darz called me and wanted to learn about my past experiences, after being let down by another instructor 2 days prior to my test, I sought to looking for the best driving instructor possible as I was fed up of being let down all the time. Darz quickly ensured me that he will do everything possible and work around me to help me pass my driving practical test. He str...aight away told me to book my driving practical test from the very first lesson. First impressions count and I finally knew I wasn't going to get messed about! He built confidence and the freedom to drive on the road in me, treated me like a responsible adult. All of this is something which I really lacked getting from the other instructors. The car I was learning in was emaculate!!! Darz once said to me "treat me as if I'm your friend and impress me with your safe driving." All the pressure fell off my shoulders and I felt like I was literally learning with someone who trusted me and wasn't eye balling me with any mistakes I did.
