Just passed first time today with Andy, top bloke. His invaluable experience driving with the police was a great help. Been learning with Andy for some time and in that time no longer see him as just my driving instructor he’s sort of a friend. Puts you at ease on the drive and can have a good laugh aswell. Not driving related but a massive, massive THANK YOU to the instructor who went put of his way today when my 17 month old son had a toy wedged in his mouth and I was panicking waiting for the Ambulance to arrive! So problems with my last instructor meant I needed a new one and so I was paired up with Dean Kenny for my remaining 3 weeks before my test. I didn't think I'd make it but through the excellent planning and easy explanations from Dean I found everything so simple and easy. I found that with him it was more about passion and getting you your license than it was about making money and that made the experience more comfortable apart from anything else. I was recommended to Andrew by a friend who had been learning with him for a while before I asked her for the contact. I was really pleased that he made time for my lessons and allowed me to pass really quickly and I passed first time. He was friendly, calm and taught me lots of tips, but also made learning all the rules easy and applicable.
