Oh how much I wish I've seen these reviews before I booked them. I had zero driving experience and when on the test day he was half an hour late than when he finally arrived he explained that he needed to wash his car before the test. Then he asked if it would be OK for him to take his kids to school, I was shocked, but I agreed as he just put me in very ackward situation. After that we went straight to the test centre and that was my one hour of warm up. I failed the test because the instructor tought me to reverse park only looking at the mirrors and that was major mistake. After the test I questioned him about the reverse parking and he said nothing. Just sat there quietly just assured me that I will pass the next time. It's a NO from me, thanks.

I’ve booked some block lessons and paid a lot in advance. The instructor never showed up! I have waited 1 hours to be picked up and called the instructor several times no answer!...
NEVER GO WITH THEM!!!
I’ve booked some block lessons and paid a lot in advance. The instructor never showed up! I have waited 1 hours to be picked up and called the instructor several times no answer! Called the central and they said they give half an hour limit to the instructor if they run late but I said I waited 1 hour! And that day I took a day off which means I lost money as well! I asked for a refund and they didn’t refund the booking fee which was a small amount but it was not my fault that I’ve had to ask for a refund! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Bad Bad Bad, stay away for real. They will find it hard to refund for services they did not provide and their drivers don't show up when you book for lessons. on the day of my lesson I called and the driver told me he does not work for them.

Shocking company who use. Bullying tactics on young drivers to block book and demand payments in cash when you urefuse they drop you as a client. Luckily my daughter told me that the instructor was being pushy demanding block bookings with cash payments for others they might get bullied into something they don't actually want.

Red is absolutely RUBBISH. They booked my first lesson with a driver that didn't even work for them any longer and I only found out when, after rearranging childcare on the weekend, the bloody instructor never turned up. I called to find out what happened and all they said was, 'We do apologise, let's book you in for another lesson.' As if! I said that my time was just as valuable as theirs and that they should offer me a free lesson as compensation since I'd have been charged if it was me who was the no show. 'We don't do that,' they said. Wow. That's some serious disrespect to the customer. If you'r reading this RED, I suggest you review your customer service policy along with your list of instructors.

Do not book with this driving school they are a complete waste of time. Quick to take money for such a rubbish service. The driving instructor didn't seem to know what he was doing constantly contradicting himself and found him very patronising. Called up for a refund and was asked a million questions before they agreed to give me my money back. Unless you never want to pass or have alot of money to throw down the drain, do not use this driving school.

After two months of waiting for my daughters first driving lesson it was cancelled 3 days before by the instructor. No explanation just "CANCELLED" no other instructor about to replace him. Poor show ...
After two months of waiting for my daughters first driving lesson it was cancelled 3 days before by the instructor. No explanation just "CANCELLED" no other instructor about to replace him. Poor show and one very disappointed daughter. So where do you find a driving instructor at short notice? Not a hope in hell. Thanks RED never again.

The instructor by red told me he will not be able to show up at the test time and will not be able to bring his car.
The given notice was shorter than 48 resulting losing my test fees.

I had zero driving experience and when on the test day he was half an hour late than when he finally arrived he explained that he needed to wash his car before the test. They booked my first lesson with a driver that didn't even work for them any longer and I only found out when, after rearranging childcare on the weekend, the bloody instructor never turned up. Do not book with this driving school they are a complete waste of time. Quick to take money for such a rubbish service. The driving instructor didn't seem to know what he was doing constantly contradicting himself and found him very patronising.
