I found their service really terrible. I found that they were more interested in trying to sell me hours of instruction rather than assess my ability. They charged me extra to book an "urgent test" but failed to book it urgently. The day of my test, the instructor did not show up and had switched off his mobile, and management were frankly hostile when I inquired as to what happened the next day saying that it was my fault for not getting in touch earlier. My experience with their instructor in an attempt to sell me more hours told me I needed more hours of instruction. This left my confidence shaken. I wish I had never walked in to Monk. Read Less

I am very grateful to Monk and especially Jeff for getting me to successfully pass my driving test. I found the service from the admin team to be extremely efficient and friendly. My instructor Jeff was understanding, patient, helpful and good humoured throughout our lessons. I may not have been the easiest pupil being a latecomer to driving and extremely nervous to start but Jeff was always happy to encourage and instruct. I would recommend James- I passed my first time. He is a perfectionist when teaching the driving syllabus. I had a few instructors before trying Monk. They were absolute crap and I was having trouble finding a trustworthy place to learn in west London. Read Less
