Rude staff working at office. Not helpful at all. They do not care for the customers because their motto is “we are to busy to care”. Poor driving instructors, they speak to you the whole time your driving and distract you. Then when you make a mistake they pressure you for it and state you will need to pay for more lessons to learn from the mistake. Overall a really crappy service from them. I’d advise completely against even considering them unless you want to be treated like an idiot. There are so many other schools available close by, please don’t waste your time with Holborn. Brilliant driving school. I passed my test back in December 2010. I had Shefi as my instructor and he was so patient and calm. I used take lessons with another company long time ago with a female instructor. She used to make me feel stupid if I didn't do something right and made me lose my confidence of driving. After over a decade I wanted to learn again and was determined to pass. My sister in law recommended shefi and told me how good and patient he is. My first lesson with shefi he made me felt so welcome and relaxed and was surprised how I didn't even go for a test. He told me to book my theory which I did and passed 1st time. After 2 hours each week of 19 lessons I booked my test (unfortunately I didn't pass 1st time, due to nerves) after failing shefi was still giving me the confidence and said not to worry and told me to book my test again asap. I passed my test on my 2nd attempt. My sister in law and my sister also took lessons with Shefi and have passed.Read Less

Several things stand out to me in my experience of learning with the Holborn School of Motoring; first that at all times the instructor and staff at the office are both totally professional and always affable and patient. I never once felt that I was under pressure or being unfairly scrutinised. Secondly it is clear that this is a business that cares deeply about its students; they want you to do well and be safe and will be clear and fair with you about your preparedness for testing. I passed first time after about six months of weekly lessons and if you need any further encouragement my invigilator at test took my instructor's business card for their son! I cannot fault the school in any way; I'm sorry not to be learning any more as it has been so enjoyable. Read Less
