Bill Bowditch has been a brilliant driving instructor. He is calm, instills confidence in you and explains everything very clearly. He also has a great sense a humour which makes every lessons more enjoyable. Bill has been very supportive from the beginning and is accommodationg with when he offers driving lessons. He has not just helped me pass my test, but taught me how to drive safely and confidently in a variety of situations. I strongly recommend Billy Bowditch as a driving instructor. Thank you Bill !

I had my lessons with bill Bowditch, failed first time (my fault) and put straight in for another and passed,Bill helped me through it all and thanks to him my life has changed, having a car and a job now.best instructor and a top bloke. Thanks Bennett's and bill.

Bill BOWDITCH gloucester highly recomended, he's not pushy, and enjoys teaching his students, passed my test 2nd time around with only about 25 hours altogether with bill (with no previous car driving experience) he is highly reliable the average is 40-60 hours this proves how good he is, he is patient and will teach you everything you need to know thanks bill

My friends son recently passed his test with Bennett's driving school and his experience was excellent really can't thank them enough highly recommended.

The instructor (Dave Young) ceased my lessons because I was apparently 'rude' and 'stroppy' when all I did was challenge his methods of performing a parallel park, after this incident he didn't take ...
The instructor (Dave Young) ceased my lessons because I was apparently 'rude' and 'stroppy' when all I did was challenge his methods of performing a parallel park, after this incident he didn't take me anywhere for progression of my learning or to try the manoeuvre again we just went round places he knew fully well I was confident in which felt like a waste of both our time and my money.
Reason for 2 stars is prior to this the instructor did actually help me progress further in learning to drive.

Fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could. I decided to go through Bennetts for my daughter's lessons through recommendation from a friend. The instructor was very professional, never late and really got on well with Abbie. She failed her theory test a few times (mainly through not studying!) but passed the practical first go. I was getting constant updates about her progress and now most of her friends from the same school are going with him. We paid for block booking so Abbie didn't have to take money with her all the time. Worked a treat. I'll be phoning you next year when my son turns 17. Thanks!

Can't thank my instructor Steve enough, he was brilliant from start to finish, passed within 6 weeks and I'm sooo pleased. When I booked my driving lessons Bennetts were so helpful and efficient and made me feel at ease straight away, I was reminded of my lessons by text the day before so I always knew when they were, Steve was never late and I really enjoyed my lessons. Fabulous service and have recommended Bennetts to all my mates.

Abysmal. Instructor on phone for majority of lesson with personal issues.
Advice to new driver was turn on the engine and go.

Bill Bowditch has been a brilliant driving instructor. He is calm, instills confidence in you and explains everything very clearly. Fantastic! I would give them 6 stars if I could. I decided to go through Bennetts for my daughter's lessons through recommendation from a friend. Can't thank my instructor Steve enough, he was brilliant from start to finish, passed within 6 weeks and I'm sooo pleased.
