I booked with another company who cancelled on me. Then a second company who cancelled due to an admin error. Both the same day I was due to have first lesson. I spoke with Area driving school and was encouraged by the friendly chat and booked in for Thursday here at home. On the morning the instructor turned up and informed me that he wouldn't do lessons unless I got the bus in to his facility each day. Despite knowing the location (7 miles away) at the time of booking and my offer to cover all travel time. Unless I agreed I could have one lesson only. I closed my door. Why is this industry so daft? Very, very frustrating. Three stars as I have no idea how good the actual learning would have been. Read Less
