I have been taking driving lessons with Kevin and just passed my test 1st time. I thought he was very professional and courteous . He put me at ease at all times. I would highly recommend Kevin. I now have 3 family members now taking lessons with Kevin. I did try a couple before Kevin but thought they were just interested in making money before I was recommended to try Kevin. Kev wasn't a good instructor, very little patience for mistakes and speaks down to you. 'What didn't you understand about that!' Is one of the things you may be told if you make a mistake. I went with him because it was a good price but just goes to show you get what you pay for. Avoid and spend more money to actually get a good instructor and not someone just looking to make some money so he can go out on his boat. Read Less

I booked a two hour lesson for 10am as I had a job interview at 1pm. The instructor kev showed up at around 20 past ten. I told him I wasn't able to do the 2 hour lesson since he was late and asked to reschedule it to which he said no. He then said we could have driven around for an hour and a half instead which I was able to do and said "yeah that would be okay" he said no and then told me to close the door and drove away. Kevin, was recommended by a friends mum who'd got both her teens through their tests. So being 32 & learning to drive it was important to be comfy & relaxed with the instructor. As it turned out Kevin's is a fantastic instructor & a great guy, who lets you learn at your own pace, both lessons and the material were 1'st class and lessons indeed fun. As my confidence built up the technicality of the driving environment went up, to the point that I was looking forward to driving into Dundee in Rush hour or at night and cruising the Kingsway.
