ABSOLUTELY Horrendous experience. This is the very first review I am leaving online for anything but I need to warn other possible customers about how irresponsible this school has been. My driving in...
ABSOLUTELY Horrendous experience. This is the very first review I am leaving online for anything but I need to warn other possible customers about how irresponsible this school has been. My driving instructor did not show up on the day of my driving test meaning I could not take the test, was waiting in a town that wasn't mine (Kirkcaldy) an hour away as the test centre was there, without him even bothering to give me a call; losing the hour of driving pretest that I had already booked and paid for as well as the test fee (so a total of £85). He then never replied to my phone calls. And having now tried to arrange for the school to give me the hour he missed at least with another instructor, it took 3 phone calls and a few emails over 2 months for them to tell me that they will not do anything to compensate me of their awful service. This is just unacceptable. Please save yourself the stress I have had to endure because of them.
