When I first started driving with George, I was a very nervous person, having never sat behind the wheel of a car. He immediately put my mind at ease with his calm, friendly attitude. We soon discovered that I had a major fear of roundabouts and I would panic and completely freeze but George reassured me continuously and I gradually became more confident. After two failed tests, I was determined that I was giving up on driving, but George wouldn’t let me give up, and for that I’m immensely grateful as I’ve recently passed my test with flying colours. George is an absolutely brilliant instructor! Patient, caring and over all a great person! I passed first time! I went into my test feeling confident with my ability as a driver, not just for the test but to be on the road as an independent driver also. George spent time with me before my test calming my nerves and getting me ready and prepared for the test. I felt so familiar with the area and the lovely people at the cafe that I felt I could actually ENJOY it!... George is a great laugh and so comfortable to be around! I started driving with George in January with no previous driving experience at all, 6 months later I have passed my driving test first time. He is a very calm and positive driving instructor and makes you feel so calm when driving. He always goes the extra mile for you. George got me through it and i pass 1st time with only 4 minors. I had a rough start with another driving instructor. I went with George with no confidence what so ever.I went from being told i wasnt going to achieve to booking my test in within a month. Perfect driving instructor! I started learning to drive early last year and had been on and off with my driving lessons but each lesson I had learnt something new and has helped me out a lot since I have passed my driving test, and overall I would say it took me roughly 6 - 7 months on and off lessons to help me pass. George is very easy to get along with and to communicate with, I felt like I had known him for years after just a few lessons :) I passed my driving test first... time in November 2013 with George and would highly recommend him to anyone!
