Totally unprofessional instructor. He was not friendly in the slightest and complained about everything I was doing wrong, even though I am a learner. I'm rather upset with how I was treated and at times wanted to get out of the car and walk away. Instructors name was Mark. I highly recommend not getting lessons from this instructor. I had high hopes for Surepass but this instructor has really let them down. Read Less
