I had previously heard so many good things about Kingsleys, especially as many of my friends had passed with them. However, I do believe it solely depends on the instructor you end up with. Mine was often late for lessons and cancelled two, I didn’t even know how far I had progressed as he never kept track, I felt like I was repeating what I’d learnt in lesson 1 over and over. When I decided to move on and asked for my money back, I didn’t receive a full refund and it took almost 5 days just to receive part of the money. Very disappointed with the service as I have now lost a lot of confidence with driving due to abruptness and lack of consistency. I am 25 years old and have had several different instructors in my time. Kingsley makes you feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, it helps that he is just a happy chappy and nothing is a problem. I am a huge worrier and thought my nerves would get the better of me on the day of my test. However kingsley filled me with confidents, leading to me passing first time. Will be recommending kingsley's driving school to all friends and family wanting to get on the road. Literally couldn't sing the praises of kingsley's anymore! Read Less
