After booking my lesson through RED in Exeter I was contacted by my the driving teacher to discuss a location to meet. Despite booking to learn in Exeter. He tried to get me to take the lesson in Plymouth (because of his disorganization he couldn't make it to Exeter for the time that I'd paid for). After I telling him I didn't want to learn in Plymouth and I'd like to cancel the booked lessons and be refunded, (I decided not to go with such a disorganization operation) He repeatedly ignored this request and attempted to reschedule the lesson. After 10 minutes of him trying to reschedule I managed to cancel the lesson and he started sulking before I hung up. I contacted RED offices about a refund who stated 'Refunds take 7-10 days and I would be contacted via phone by the RED refund department who would ask for my bank details' Once they have your money they don't want to give it back. After booking my lesson through RED in Exeter I was contacted by my the driving teacher to discuss a location to meet. Despite booking to learn in Exeter.
