I passed my test first time today and can honestly say I couldn't have done it without Mike. I switched to Bay View after not getting very far with another company and the difference in the way I was taught and the way things were explained to me were massive! I am not the most confident of people but Mike always made me feel at ease even when I didn't think I could do something. Today I passed my driving test with one minor fault, and it's all thanks to Mike. I couldn't have asked for a better driving instructor, he is a true professional and so calm its unbelievable! Not only is he a brilliant instructor, but he will always have a good chat to you to keep your nerves at bay. I have just passed my Test (only 3 Minors) with the help of Mike after 7 hours of driving instruction. Mike turned up on time every time and knew exactly what he needed to teach me that lesson. I wasn't the most confident learner on lesson 1 but by lesson 7 we both felt I was ready to take my test. I had full faith that had I not been ready Mike would have told me so and I would of taken further lessons to get up to the standard I would need to pass.
