We booked an appointment today around 11am for evening time at 18:35 and no one called or let us know that the vehicle centre will be closed!! Shame on yous. I've paid for it and I've got a confirmation email as well but when we came there it was closed. I know its because of the weather but they should keep an eye on their appointments and do something if they have someone coming down not just close the gate and run home. Another thing, we went for mot test there were a few things bad and also front brakes so we went for a retest and there was again something new wrong and rear brakes!! 3 days apart!!!
