First off, passed theory and practical (Manual) first time thanks to Mark. Previously had some lessons 3 years ago with a dreadful instructor and was put off, then decided to get back into it and I'm glad I chose Mark. Very friendly, very helpful, loves a good curry, gives you the confidence you need, and let's you know what you could do with some practice on to get you where you need to be, not only to pass, but also so you feel like you belong on the roads when you first step foot into the car on your own after passing. Passed the theory first time thanks to the materials Mark provided, and passed practical first time thanks to some great, informative lessons in the car, and was driving the same day in my own car as confident as can be. Amazing driving instructor. Mark is easy to talk to and easy going if you're a nervous learner like me, he made me feel really comfortable even when I made little mistakes that mortified me, Mark just helped me through it with ease and a good sense of humour. After a bad experience with a previous instructor I'd put off learning for years and finally last year i messaged Mark and got back in the driving seat. The whole experience of driving terrified me! I was a very nervous driver who had no previous experience of being behind the wheel, so it's fair to say Mark had a challenge on his hands. But he was calm, patient and dealt with my anxiety well. Slowly but surely I gained my confidence and today I passed (first time!). Mark also provided some very useful resources for the practical element which were fantastic for getting to know and experience new routes.
